We are excited and honored to host a dinner featuring the wines of Sottimano.

A small, family-owned winery in Neive, Sottimano produces four cru Barbarescos, Cottá, Currá, Fausoni, and Pajoré all yield dramatically distinct wines, and we plan to showcase all four from

the 2005 vintage. In addition, we will taste a vertical of Currá. Here is the tentative lineup:

Andrea Sottimano will discuss and elaborate the concept of terroir in Barbaresco.

Price is $175 per person plus tax and gratuity.
